It seems like nausea doesn't work anymore so my body leaves me gasping for breath
Oxygen levels fine as I struggle to breathe sitting down
Does that make sense?
Can that even be possible?
Oxygen but feeling like you’ve been hit so hard it knocked the breath from your lungs?
No anxiety feelings, not even chest pain per say, just some weird disconnection between my nostrils and my lungs -

Starving for something other than oxygen?
Starving for something.
Hyperventilation in slow motion
Without the paper bag
No energy for anxiety or panic attack
Sitting here stitching and feeling like I’m going to die
Oh what a tangled web we weave
safe , but not safe
Settled and unsettled
Feel all of the feelings - even this one
Feel it until you are full of it
Until it subsides of its own accord, completely heard, completely felt, completely understood
You have done too much!
Just existing is, in fact, too much!
